As the Academic Coordinator, I plan on how our students can have an interest in their studies and how the grasp the knowledge in a more faster manner. I also plan on how we can discipline them and how we can implant in them the values they need in life. I spearheaded some programs where they can show their talents and abilities and where they can gain self confidence.
Another task given to me is proofreading the exams made by the teachers and correct it constructively. I filed all those exams per level, per subject for it will be submitted to the principals office at the end of the school year. Grades of each class are also being filed every quarter for it will be also submitted to the principal.
